About Us

Barry Jenkinson is an Associate Member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers, he trades as West Country Wills and is based in North Devon.  We are affiliated to and are the South West branch of Liberty Wills Ltd, a long established Yorkshire based will writing company and a full member of the Institute.  Liberty writes all our documents and ensures they are quality controlled prior to release.  Together with Liberty and its other affiliates we are able to provide a countrywide network of professional will writers.

We are passionate about our business and want to ensure that everybody has an efficient and legally binding will in place to protect their family's inheritance.

Barry Jenkinson is the founder and principal of Westcountry Wills. Barry is an ex-bank director, having spent many years working in the City and South Africa.  He now lives in a small village in North Devon with his wife and small boy.  Barry has trained specifically in will writing, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers, and is committed to ongoing knowledge development ensuring that the products we provide are right up to date.
