West Country Wills primarily offers a home or office based will and trust instruction taking service.   We will, at your convenience, visit you in your home or office and undertake a free consultation service to ascertain exactly what your concerns and needs are. The initial consultation is free and will take between 1/2 hr and 1 hr and is a straight forward discussion of your current situation, your wishes for your estate and any individual items and your family's future needs.   We will then go through the various options available to you in order to mitigate your concerns and ensure you have peace of mind. We can offer straight forward wills and lasting powers of attorney as well as more complicated trusts to reduce or extinguish potential death duty (inheritance tax). At the meeting we will price the services offered on a transparent product price table and give you a copy of our service agreement.   Payment is requested at the meeting for any services required and we commit to returning the fully complete and bound documents to you within 30 days (usually quicker). These are drawn up by qualified professionals and are triple checked before release. The products are covered by our £2 million Professional Indemnity insurance. We will post the documents to you with signing instructions or alternatively, for a small fee, we will bring the documents to you and ensure they are completed and witnessed correctly. Following completion we offer a storage and registration service and can also offer a probate service should that be desired.
